Launch probe

Launch probe data sheet. If you launch a probe you can get a lot of useful information about other planets. To launch a probe, you must have already manufactured the proper type of probe and enough booster rockets.

If you have not yet manufactured them, click the Production button on the Launch probe data sheet to go to the Probe Production screen.

Probe types (More detailed description in the Fight, strategy section ):

  • Planet probe
  • Ship probe
  • Planet Defense (PDS) spy probe
  • Military probe
  • Information probe

The number of probes launched will be deducted from your stocks. This can be monitored on the Probe database list (by probe type).

If probing was unsuccessful, an error message will be displayed on the top of the screen.

  1. Probe: You can select the type of probe to launch from the drop down list. In brackets after each probe type a number will indicate the maximum available to launch.
  2. Pcs: Enter the quantity you want to launch.
  3. R, X, Y, Z: Enter the coordinates of your target planet into the R X Y Z fields. R = Universe, X = System, Y = Galaxy, Z = the location of the planet in the galaxy.
  4. Production: If you do not have enough probes, you can go directly to Probe Production and manufacture them.
  5. Launch: By pressing this button, you will launch the probes.
