News


This section shows news on battles, alliances, probes etc. You can ask for detailed reports on each battle (by clicking on the Detailed report button).

  1. Requesting information from the last 72 or 144 rounds.
  2. Filter by topic (News, War Incidents, Production, Construction, Research). Click to open the appropriate section.
  3. Time of the event by GXT – the chronology of Galacticax
    • E.g. in the top row: 09:0769:03
    • 09: number of tournaments (this is the 9th tournament. 1 tournament = 3-4 months)
    • 0769: number of rounds per turn (1 round = hour)
    • 03: number of minutes elapsed within the hour
  4. Event description.
  5. Here you can select the News items to delete item by item (click on the relevant check box with the left mouse button).
  6. Here you can select all for deletion (click on the top check box with the left mouse button).
  7. The selected News items on this page can be deleted here. To activate click on the Delete button.
  8. You can ask for a detailed report about each battle. Click on the Detailed report button to do so.

Detailed Battle Report

! The list shows the state of the planet before and after the battle, and also the change of values in the round of the battle. The values are affected by other battles in the same round that the planet was involved in.

Attacking ships participating in the battle

All ship types participating in the battle (Clicking on the name of a ship will display all information on that ship)
Class: Shows the class and names of the ships involved.
Number: Provides the number of ships involved in the battle on the aggressors’ side, sorted by type.
Block: Here you can see how many ships were successfully blocked by the aggressor(s).
Piracy Losses: Shows all ships that the attackers stole.
Piracy Gains: Shows all ships that were stolen from the attackers.
Losses: Here you can see how many and what type of ships were lost by the aggressor(s).

Defenders
Ships: Defenders’ ship types are listed here. (Click on the names to open a detailed data sheet.)
Class: You can see the class of the ships in addition to the names.
Number: Here you can see the number of ships on the defenders’ side, sorted by type.
Block: Here you can see how many ships were blocked by the defender(s).
Piracy Losses: Shows all ships that the defenders stole.
Piracy Gains: Shows all ship that were stolen from the defenders.
Losses: Here you can see how many and what type of ships were lost by the defenders(s).

You
Ships: The types of ships you control are listed here. (Click on the names to open a detailed data sheet.)
Class: You can see the class of the ships in addition to the names.
Number: Here you can see the number of your own ships -- listed by type -- involved in the battle.
Block: Here you can see how many of your own ships were blocked.
Piracy Losses: Shows what ships you stole.
Piracy Gains: Shows what ships were stolen from you.
Losses: Here you can see how many and what type of ships you have lost.

PDS (number, blocking, losses)
This section shows what type of Planetary Defense System protected the planet, how many of the PDS units were blocked, and the extent of the losses.

Ships: Summary of the number of ships involved in the battle.
Total: Total number of ships involved in the battle (separate rows for the Aggressors, Defenders and your own ships).
Blocked: Total number of ships blocked during the battle (separate rows for the Aggressors, Defenders and your own ships).
Losses: Total number of ships lost in the battle(separate rows for the Aggressors, Defenders and your own ships).
Piracy Losses: Number of ships you have captured from the aggressors.
Piracy Gains: Number of ships captured from the defenders and you.

Experience Points
Acquired: Number of experience points received in the battle.
Total: Total number of experience points.

You can delete any news that is of no interest to you, either by selecting them item by item or all at once. To delete item by item, click on the small check box next to the item(s) to be deleted with the left mouse button, and then click on the Delete button at the top/bottom of the column. The selected items will be deleted from the list.

  1. Click on the Delete button to delete the selected items from this page.
  2. Here you can select your research notices item by item for deletion (click on the appropriate check box with the left mouse button).

To delete all items at once, click on the check box in the GXT and News heading to select all items. If you decide not to delete these items, click on the selected check box again and all items will be deselected.

  1. Here you can select all items to be deleted at the same time (click on the check box in the top row indicated in the heading with the left mouse box).

Attention! Although you have deleted the news items, these can still be seen by others (see Probes – Information probes) as these news items are only deleted from the News of the Planet page accessible by you.
